AlNiCo magnets, as the name implies,
are made of Aluminium, Nickel and Cobolt. It is the most durable
of the various types of magnets on the market today.
The AlNiCo magnets greatest advantage is their high work
temperature. They can function in up to 450
°C
witthout losing their strength.
This makes them ideal for engeneering projects, and is also used
in making tools and holding magnets.
The magnets are made as
rods, and in our workshop cut and polished into the length the
costumer needs. The material is very hard and durable. We can
deliver the magnets both without surface treatment, or with
laquer.
Please note
that the force is by full contact between the magnet and the
material, without air gap. If the air gap is increased, the
force is reduced.
