Magnet tubes are used to
remove iron particles from powders and granulates. The
tube is installed where the powder or granulate is in
free fall – where it is easier to pull foreign bodies
out of the powder. If this is not possible – if for
instance there is no free fall point to use – you can
emply a magnetic grill with more tubes following each
other to ensure that the granulate has been in contact
with multible magnets.
Magnetic tubes and grills
are only used for standard industrial use. We are also
able to provide models in different dimensions than the
ones shown, and they also come in max temperatures of
250 °C. If
required, they also come in a version with welded ends,
for use in the food industry.
Please note that the force
is by full contact between the magnet and the material,
without air gap. If the air gap is increased, the force
is reduced.
